Apple releases iOS 9.2.1 with bug fixes and more
Apple has just released iOS 9.2.1 to the general public. The software can be downloaded now over-the-air or through iTunes.
As you could guess by the designation, the update is fairly minor:
This update contains security updates and bug fixes including a fix for an issue that could prevent the completion of app installation when using an MDM server.
The next version of iOS is already in beta testing. The first beta of iOS 9.3 was released last week to registered developers and members of the public testing program. Apple has added a number of new features in that software, including multi-user support for iPads in schools, a Night Shift mode, and more. You can take a look at our roundup of changes in iOS 9.3 here.
It’s unknown when iOS 9.3 will officially arrive to the public. But we’ll keep you informed if we hear any more information.
