My Blend turns your email newsletters into beautiful, curated magazine content

I don’t know about you, but I pay little (or even no) attention to the email newsletters I get in day, day out — that is, if I haven’t already set a filter to move the newsletters out of the way before I get to my inbox. My Blend, however, aims to solve this problem through taking all your email newsletters and presenting them in an elegant, digital magazine. It’s an interesting iOS app that you can download now free of charge on the App Store.

My Blend is a new lifestyle app dedicated to turning email newsletters, blogs and brand promotions into a personalized, curated, visually stunning magazine. This app will change the way you view and use email.

Newsletters, promotions, blogs, and more are all brought together into the same interface by My Blend, and the results are impressive. The app adopts a nice, minimalistic user interface (UI) and the font is clear, readable, and stylish. I also like that the app attempts to categorise your email as much as possible, grouping it by genre or by the nature of the message. It’s easy to set up, too, and through sending your email newsletters to My Blend the app can also serve to clear up your chosen email client of choice, making inbox zero more of a reality.

You see, My Blend isn’t an email client replacement: it’s instead meant to complement your regular client for iOS.

There are also a bunch of features in My Blend which add to the experience of using the app. You can easily unsubscribe from newsletters inside of My Blend, and a Discover tab lets users find new content, too. Sharing is made easy, and a reminders feature allows you to receive prompts for articles at a later date.

The app's typography is great, and it offers a clean, minimalistic user interface.

All in all, My Blend is an app you should take for a spin: it’s indeed available free of charge, and it’s optimized for the iPhone/iPod touch only.
