iPhone:

Prioritask ($0.99 → Free, 496.7 KB): This easy to use productivity app allows you to organize your daily tasks by priority. It’s for anyone looking for an efficient task manager.

Tasks are organized into three priority categories: high, medium, and low. Just create a task, title it, and then drag it into the appropriate priority category. That’s all it takes. You can create sublists by swiping left to right on a task. The number of tasks in a sublist is shown in the checkmark box. The app also includes customizable priority colors, and custom icon badges.

Prioritask is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 56 ratings.

Universal:

Numbers and Counting Early Learning Math Match Games for Kids in Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st Grade ($3.99 → Free, 23.7 MB): Designed with your little one in mind, this educational app focuses on number identification, counting skills, and color matching. It’s perfect for parents with children in kindergarten.

The app is loaded with fun and colorful items to count and match. Depending on their ability level, your child can either play with cards face down or face up to make things easier. Hints are also available if need be. The game includes professional narration for every included item, positive reinforcement, and parental controls.

Numbers and Counting Early Learning Math Match Games for Kids in Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st Grade is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 35 ratings.

Sketch Me! Sketch&Cartoon ($1.99 → Free, 9.5 MB): Turn your photos into drawings, cartoons, or sketches with Sketch Me. It’s for anyone who wants to give their photos a completely different look.

Sketch Me doesn’t require a lot of tinkering. All you need to do is import a photo from your library or take a new one from within the app. Then tap on one of the 19 effects and enjoy the results. If you choose to, you can adjust other parameters like contrast and brightness. Sketch Me also includes 18 shapes that can be applied in order to show off the distinct effects.

Sketch Me! Sketch&Cartoon is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 198 ratings.

Universal Zoom: All About Sizes and Distances ($3.99 → Free, 85.2 MB): Get a sense of the scale of the universe with Universal Zoom. It’s one of those apps that’s designed for people with a desire for knowledge no matter their age.

At first glance, Universal Zoom may not look like much. But once you dig in you won’t be able to stop exploring. The app includes more than 200 objects that are presented in high-resolution and completely to scale. Simply swipe in any direction to move through the objects and see how they compare in size to the rest. The scale ranges from Planck Length to 93 billion light years, so there’s a lot to see. You’re also able to choose objects and compare them directly against others.

Universal Zoom: All About Sizes and Distances is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 120 ratings.

HashPhotos ($2.99 → Free, 43.3 MB): Take control of your photos and videos with HashPhotos. It’s for anyone who has a ton of photos and videos stored locally on their iDevice.

HashPhotos takes the hassle out of managing large photo and video libraries. Swipe left to right to access the album view where you can narrow down your photos and videos by category or create your own albums. Swipe right to left to narrow down your search even further by month. Tap on a photo to bring it into full view. This view also allows you to edit, share, tag, note, and glance at metadata for your photo. HashPhotos also includes the ability to customize the thumbnail size, and it has two themes to choose from.

HashPhotos is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 52 ratings.

iPad:

Symphonizer ($9.99 → Free, 2.5 MB): Turn the pages of your music with a smile with Symphonizer. It’s ideal for those who play in orchestras or bands.

With Symphonizer installed, you’ll never have to have another person turn the pages of your music or purchase additional hardware. All you need to do is import your sheet music into the app and load it up. Then position yourself in front of the screen. You’ll see yellow dots at first as the camera attempts to recognize your face, and when it does the dots will turn green. Any time you need to turn the page, just smile and it will flip automatically.

Symphonizer is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.
