You may not realize it, but your cadence could be having an adverse effect on your running. But don’t worry, RunCadence is here to help! First, you’ll want to learn your cadence by running at a consistent, moderate intensity for one full minute. The app will then provide you with a cadence summary, which will help improve your running by reducing shock impact. The next time you go for a run, set your target cadence and monitor to the best of your ability. You’ll see results in no time.
