Muse is void of confusing menus and obtrusive options. All that you’ll see at first are camera, pencil, and microphone icons across the top. Choose the type of entry you want to make and get to it. The rest of the screen will then be populated with whatever you create. That’s all there is to it. The app also includes the ability to passcode protect your journal and sync it via iCloud.

Wordimals is loaded with fun themed word searches that the whole family can enjoy. Pick a grid size and a category, and then get to work. At the bottom of the screen you’ll see how many words need to be found and the length of each word. Drag your finger over letters in any direction in order to connect them. Time is ticking, however, so move quickly. The game allows you to skip any level at any time, and features a forgiving hint system. It also includes more than 200 word searches.

Bounzy provides a perfect mix of eye-popping visuals and tried-and-true game mechanics. You get to play as a heroic mage, tasked with defending a town from fantastic beasts. The beasts descend upon the town in waves and you must stop them before they reach the wall. Drag your finger across the screen in order to align your shot and release to unleash your magical powers. After each shot the beasts will take another step towards the wall, so plan accordingly. You’re able to visit the laboratory after each level in order to learn new spells and improve your skills.

Pixel Boat Rush requires you to not only race but also destroy your opponents. Touch the right side of the screen to accelerate across the choppy waters. It’s in your best interest to stay close to the water, but you will need to utilize waves to clear obstacles. The left side of the screen is devoted to your weapons and defenses, which can be upgraded along the way. The game includes 15 tracks, 116 events, 64 unlockable and customizable boats, and MFi controller support.

No matter how big or small the idea, Dream-X will help you realize it in visual form. You’re able to choose from two different themes and then get right to your mind mapping. Start off with a single idea and then branch out from there. You don’t have to be a talented artist to make inspiring comics with Comics Head. Simply start off by selecting panels for your comic or choose one of the built-in templates. Then utilize more than 3,500 art assets to flesh out your comic including symbols, characters, props, and so much more. If you have something specific in mind, you can capture a screenshot or import images from the web. All objects can be repositioned, flipped, duplicated, and cropped. You’re able to add speech bubbles with text or inscribe your voice with recorded audio to add some context to your story. Comics Head allows you to share comics via your favorite social media networks, via YouTube, or simply export them as an image or PDF.

- It must have at least a three-star average rating at the time it goes free.
- The app must not have been free numerous times (3+) over the last six months.
- The free version of your app must not include ads.
