You’ll also have to decide when to send them packing or disband altogether. The game includes tactical turn-based gameplay, loads of warrior upgrades, and online multiplayer.

MyPosturePal will keep you on your toes. It’ll send intermittent reminders that will train you to stand up straight. When the alert comes in, record your posture at that moment and time. Be honest, otherwise you won’t be doing yourself any good. MyPosturePal will record your responses and graph them, allowing you to easily review your posture history. The app also offers the ability to participate in the exercise with friends via email.
