This is a lightweight app, with essential features that help you carry on a healthy life style. It doesn't have the clutter of unnecessary extra functionality. Set a daily goal and track the steps you have taken, the percentage out of your daily goal, the estimated calories that you have burned, and the number of floors you have gone up or down. You can also track your weekly progress, share with friends, and brag about your accomplishments.
