FitStar Yoga is perfect for the yogi novice. This is not an app with workout videos, it has tons of postures that play back to back. This takes out the intimidation of having a teacher or a class setting. You can set the duration of your workout and even rate how you did on each posture so it knows where you're at what you need to work on more. The only downside is that sometimes it moves between postures rather quickly, and for the beginner this can be frustrating. Just take it slow and don't focus on matching the movements perfectly. Yoga is a process.
Why we love it
We love the ability to set the duration of your workout, along with the rate at which poses change.
