Apple's AirPods are Hard to Come by With Just a Week Before Christmas

We’ve got some bad news if you’re looking to purchase a pair of Apple AirPods before Christmas. At most online sites, including Apple, the wireless headphones are out of stock until after the holiday season.
The completely wireless headphones use Apple's W1 Bluetooth chip.
Currently, any order placed today from Apple for the $159 AirPods will arrive in early January.
A quick check of other popular outlets like Best Buy and Target show that the AirPods are sold out.
So more than likely your best shot at snagging a pair of AirPods before Christmas is to look in-store, or if you’re willing to pay a premium eBay.
This is the second holiday season that the AirPods have been in short supply. They hit the market just days before Christmas in 2016.
