Amazon Unveils Dedicated Prime Video App for Mac

The company has just released a dedicated Prime Video app on the Mac App Store. You can download it here.

With the Mac app you can continue to watch content using picture-in-picture while interacting with other apps or sites.

You can also rent or buy new release TV shows and movies.

The app also features multi-user profiles. Content can even be downloaded to watch on your Mac when offline.

Previously, Prime Video was only accessible via a web browser on the Mac.
