Apple Announces New Tap to Pay Feature on iPhone

Apple has just announced that its planning to add a new Tap To Pay feature for iPhone later this year.
With the feature, anyone with an iPhone XS or later will be able to accept contactless payments without any additional hardware or a payment terminal needed. The buyer will simply tap their iPhone, Apple Watch, or credit card with contactless payment technology to the other handset.
Tap to Pay for iPhone will be available for payment platforms and app developers to integrate.
Stripe will be the first payment platform to offers the feature on an iPhone for business customers.
The feature uses the same security technology found in Apple Pay.
