Apple Takes Down Online Store Ahead of 'Hello Again' Mac Event
Apple’s online store is down. On Apple’s website, when the shopping bag icon is clicked, a note that says, “We’ll be right back…” appears, and when a shop link is entered or followed, it leads to a page saying, “We’ve got something special in store for you. And we can’t wait for you to see it. Please check back soon.” The latter message is also posted in the Apple Store app.

Of course, this comes as no surprise considering that Apple is just a few hours away from holding its scheduled “Hello Again” media event at its headquarters in Cupertino, California. At the event, the company is expected to unveil the newest Mac products — upgrades at least, if not brand new devices — which will most likely be featured on Apple’s online store once it goes back up.
