Create Your Own iOS 14 Home Screen Widgets With Scribblet

October 7, 2020

One of the hit features of iOS and iPadOS 14 is the ability to personalize your home screen with widgets from apps that show information and more.

Scribblet

The new app Scribblet takes that customization option to a new level. Using the app, you can create a widget with your doodle, drawing, or any other handwriting.

To start, you can select what size of widget to use - small, medium, or large.

You’ll then name the widget and select a background color. Then it’s time to create whatever you’d like by drawing on the screen.

As a nice touch, you can even use the Apple Pencil when creating a widget on the iPad.

You can download Scribblet now on the App Store for free.

With a $1.99 in-app purchase, you can add a background image to draw over. There are 30 to choose from in the app, or you can import your own.
