Elago is back with more retro-inspired fun. After introducing a fun Apple Watch charging stand earlier this year that can turn the wearable device into a small version of the original Macintosh, the company has unveiled a great version for the iPhone. The Elago M4 Stand will turn an iPhone 7, iPhone 6s, or iPhone 6 into a small Macintosh.

The stand is available in either black or white.
Made with soft silicone that won’t scratch the iPhone screen or exterior, just push your iPhone into the opening. Remove it by pushing a groove on the other side.
As a nice touch, you’ll have easy access to the volume up/down button when needed. Built-in cable management can also make organizing the Lightning cord easy.
There are a few downsides to consider, though. Anyone with a Plus iPhone version is out of luck. And while Elago specifically says its SlimFit case will work with the stand, expect that you’ll probably need to remove a case before fitting it in the stand.
But if you can live with those issues, it does like a unique way to place and charge your iPhone on a desk.
