Emoji Maker Helps You Create Amazing Works of Emoji Art
There can never be enough emoji for me, or for many people like me. I love creating the perfect look for an emoji, and Emoji maker helps me do that. You need to have plenty of options both for the shape of your emoji and the overall appearance, and this app provides that. It's not perfect, though, so let's see what it does right and wrong.
Even though we have hundreds of emoji already available, it never seems like there are enough. Sometimes, you want an expression or a look that just isn't there.
With Emoji maker, you can create your own. The app includes all of the most popular face templates, including the red ogre and the kitten face. They're all blank and waiting for you to fill them in.
You go tab by tab, adding the features you want and leaving out the ones you don't need. There are plenty of options to choose from, including funny hats, amazing eyebrows, and even tacos, hamburgers, eggplants, and more. If you want to make your emoji look like it's about to eat something, you can.
When you're done, you just save your emoji and it's ready and waiting for you to use later.
The app that lets you create your own emoji
The great thing about Emoji maker is that it lets you just copy the icon you've made, and paste it into where ever you want to use it. The person you're sending the custom emoji to doesn't need the app, because Emoji maker creates an image that you send.
I'd love to see Emoji maker integrate a third-party keyboard of your creations, but that's not there. I also noticed that some of the facial features don't really go with the others. For example, quite a few of the noses and mouths don't match up. You end up with the nose covering the mouth, which is just awkward.
Finally, this app includes a ton of ads. About every minute or so, a new ad pops up. I have no problem with in-app advertisements, but this is an example of an app that takes it way too far.
Finally, the app seems to want to play music while you create your emoji. I'm not sure why, but it's there and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off. The mute icon doesn't do anything at all.
If you want a cute way to create any type of emoji you want, this app will do that for you. You just have to be willing to tolerate sound that doesn't turn off and a barrage of ads.
