On the watch, you can track more than 85 activities. It will show stats specific to the workout type like duration, calories, distance, pace, and more. While in the pool or ocean, you can also lock the display.
There is also an Apple Watch complication that can show your daily condition on a watch face.
Gentler Streak is for the iPhone and Apple Watch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
