HBO Max Arrives for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
It's time to get friendly with the newest streaming service on the block - HBO Max.
The service has launched today and is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and many other platforms.
Even with its subscription cost, $14.99 per month, which is expensive compared to other options like Netflix and Disney+, HBO Max offers a compelling amount of content. Currently, there is more than 10,000 hours to view.
Along with the entire HBO catalog, the service features programming from DC, CNN, TNT, TBS, truTV, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth, and Looney Tunes Cartoons. There is also movies and TV series from Warner Bros.’ 100-year content collection.
Some of the most popular options available include the entire series of “Friends” and “The Big Bang Theory.”
The service is also launching with a stable of original programming that is set to grow even larger.
For families, there is even a curated kids experience that will grow along with their interests.
Using the iOS or tvOS app, you can personalize up to five unique viewer profiles. Content can also be saved to an iPhone or iPad to watch later while offline.
