Here's What a Standalone Touch Bar Enabled Keyboard Could Look Like

With the introduction of the Touch Bar on the new MacBook Pro, many of us have wondered what a standalone keyboard might look like if Apple ever designed one.

Wait no longer because Reddit user Hazza42 has designed a concept that takes the Touch Bar and slaps it on an Apple extended keyboard. The results are beautiful.

By using the Apple extended keyboard, you’re clearly able to fit much more information on the Touch Bar. I’m not optimistic that such a keyboard will come to fruition, in particular on an Apple Extended keyboard. If anything, I could see it happening on the current Magic Keyboard, but even then there are concerns about battery life and such.

Maybe when Apple updates the iMac or Mac Pro. Sigh.
