Hughie, Butcher, and Starlight From The Boys Join Last Fortress: Underground in its First Collab
In perhaps one of the more intriguing crossovers to arrive on mobile, Last Fortress: Underground is hosting a collaborative event with Amazon’s hugely successful superhero TV series, The Boys.
The event will see hit characters Hughie, Starlight, and Butcher join the cast of characters for a limited time, alongside a bunch of additional themed features and events.
Starlight makes an appearance first in a warm-up event. This invites you to complete a series of objectives, unlocking Starlight as a playable character at the end of it.
When the event officially kicks off, Hughie and Butcher will join you as unlockable characters in the game’s gacha system.
Alongside this, there’s a whole new storyline themed on the Amazon series, in which Hughie, Butcher, and Starlight help you battle off the undead and discover the cause of the virus.
By participating in it, you can unlock a variety of themed cosmetics, including Butcher’s vehicle, profile goodies, and buildings. You can then look at all information about the event in the dedicated collection room.
Last Fortress: Underground is a mobile strategy game that’s focused around surviving a world crawling with zombies.
You have to build deep underground to help what’s left of humanity survive a nuclear apocalypse. You construct rooms that help you farm resources, recruit survivors to help protect the base, and even send some out to gather vital resources.
If your friends play too, you can forge an alliance with them and help each other to speed up building construction and research. Of course, it’s always useful to have an ally who can help fend off the zombies, too.
