Configuring the app is easy. Set a daily sleep goal and then a wake-up time. Then add the Go To Sleep widget on your home screen so you can always see your predicted wake-up time and average sleep average.
All of the information connects with Apple Health so you can add the information to an overall look at your health.
During the day, the widget will display an uplifting affirmation.
Go To Sleep is designed for the App Store and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
You can unlock the Go To Sleep Pro tier with a subscription of $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year. It’s also available as a $24.99 lifetime access option.
Subscribers can see their recent sleep average, customize the daily affirmation, and use widget theming.
