Jump Back in Time and Enter the World of Gone Home
The groundbreaking game Gone Home has made its way to the App Store.
Originally landing for the PC and Mac in 2013, the game is a unique experience not to be missed.
Players will head back to 1995 and take on the role of a a daughter who has just arrived home after a year abroad. Instead of finding her family, the house is completely empty with no clue to where they have gone.
Called an “interactive exploration simulator,” players will need to walk around the house and uncover different clues about what has truly happened to the family.
Each of the different rooms in the home has been beautifully recreated and exploring them will help piece the puzzle together. The sounds of a rainstorm outside help add to the experience.
There is also 90 minutes of commentary from the developers, musicians, and voice talent behind the game. You can access that by clicking the Modifiers button when starting a new game.
Designed for the iPhone and all iPad models, Gone Home can be downloaded now on the App Store for $4.99.
