Jump Back in Time With the New Video App RTRO
Moment is known for its wide variety of different add-on lenses for iPhone photographers. But the company is jumping head-first into a unique direction with the new RTRO video app.
The app brings retro vibe to your videos. You can shoot videos of up to 60 seconds and stack multiple clips. After selecting what you like, you can upload everything to Instagram or save it to a camera roll.
When shooting video, control the look at the different retro filters by swiping vertically. Up brings more strength to the filter while down softens it.
To switch to the selfie camera while filming, just double-tap the screen.
RTRO is for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. The free verison offers a few different filters to try out.
You can unlock a RTRO+ subscription for $1.99 monthly or $14.99 per year. That offers access to all of the different looks in the app, real-time subject tracking, watermark editing, retro frame rates, and access to all new looks whenever they are added.
If you’re not interested in the subscriptions, you can unlock certain filters with an in-app purchase.
