Kathy Rain: Director's Cut Arrives With an Extended Storyline, New Puzzles and More
Originally arriving in 2016, Kathy Rain offered a point-and-click adventure with an eerie plot set in the 1990s. Along with the retro low-res pixel art, the game also features a atmospheric original soundtrack.
If you didn’t get to experience the original, developer Raw Fury has just released Kathy Rain: Director's Cut.
And the new version offers a number of improvements over the original. The most notable is an extended storyline with a more satisfying ending and more than 700 new lines of dialogue with the original voice actors.
You can also explore several new areas, each with their own unique puzzles to solve.
The game features streamlined controls with a single-click mouse interface and controller support.
All of the game environments have been expanded for widescreen without black bars on the sides.
Other improvements include and expanded and remixed soundtrack and five new motorcycle designs to unlock and customize for Kathy.
