Apple has already patched the potentially devastating Krack Wi-Fi attack in beta versions of iOS, watchOS, tvOS and macOS. All of the updated should arrive to the public soon.

The news was confirmed to iMore’s Rene Ritchie earlier today.

The attack is part of the Wi-Fi standard and could be exploited by any device with the protocol. Krack could allow hackers to intercept passwords, credit card numbers, and other sensitive information.

First publicized this morning, researchers said that Linux and Android 6.0 or later could be most affected but anyone using Wi-Fi should be concerned.
