Macro by Camera+ Brings Close-Up to Photography to Any iPhone With iOS 15
The team behind Camera+ 2 and other great photography apps has just unveiled a great way for any iPhone owners to capture macro photographs.
Apple’s iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max feature a standard macro mode, but you can capture some of the same results on any iPhone with iOS 15 using the new app.
The app will automatically choose the best iPhone shot to begin. There are also a number of on-screen tools to help plan a shot.
Focus peaking will outline what parts of your photo are in focus while a grid helps position the subject on the screen. A histogram will also help your visualize the relative brightness of the shot.
All photos taken from the app will save directly into your Photo Library.
