Mammoth is Another Top-Notch Mastodon Client

One of the best features of the app is the on-boarding process. Instead of having to decide confusing questions like which server to join, Mammoth makes everything easy. You can create you account with just a tap.

That helps make Mastodon available to more users who might not be not be so tech-oriented. 

To help make it easier to enjoy the social network, the app will also suggest more than 50 accounts to follow to get started. 

For anyone with multiple accounts, you can use the app to login to each one. When composing, liking, or boosting just long press to choose which account to use. 

The app also allows you to browse all of Mastodon as you can browse and pin any community timeline and view them as a feed.

There are also a number of options to help you customize the app how you’d like. For example, you can change a number of different items like color theme, app icons, how posts are displayed, and more. The toolbar is also fully customizable. 

A great picture-in-picture mode also allows you to pin a specific post to your screen. 

When needing to post a longer thread, you can do that with the Threader mode. 

You can also create posts wth GIFs, polls, drawings, and Moore. 

And even with the app closed, you can also interact with Mastodon using Siri Shortcuts and Share Extensions. 

You can download Mammoth now on the App Store for free. It’s available on the iPhone and iPad. There is no subscription or in-app purchases.
