Music Player Doppler Updated With Siri Commands, CarPlay and More
While streaming music services are everywhere, many of us still have local music stored on our iPhone. And the standalone music player Doppler is a great way to rock out.

And the app has added a trio of new features with the move to version 2.3
First up, you can now ask Siri to play specific albums, songs, and playlists in Doppler. The commands work in English, French, German, and Spanish. You can also use voice commands for playback controls to play/pause music or skip backwards or forwards.
The app now also support Spotlight. Both songs and playlists will show when searching from the homescreen. You can tap the results to open in Doppler or start playback without even needing to open up the app.
Finally, a new CarPlay app allows you to view music and play music from your Doppler library. With a compatible CarPlay system, you can view recently added albums, artists, albums, and playlists.
Doppler is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $6.99.
