The Netatmo Presence outdoor security camera ups the ante on smart technology. Thanks to a special deep-learning algorithm, the camera can determine whether a person, car, or animal has been detected.

That allows users to customize smart notifications and to be informed only in specific situations.

And unlike other outdoor weatherproof cameras, the Presence is designed to fit into an outdoor decor as it also sports an integrated floodlight and infrared capability to record in the dark. Instead of being powered by a battery, the camera takes place of any outdoor light.

Along with setting notifications to be only informed when a person is seen, for example, users can also select up to four specific zones for motion detection.

A timelapse feature will show users the last 24 hours filled by the camera in a single minute.

Any video can be saved onto a local micro SD card or into a Dropbox account. Video storage is free.

The camera captures full 1,080p video and is also compatible with IFTTT.
