The New Looperverse System from Retronyms is a Modern Take on a Classic Looper Pedal
Any musician is probably familiar with the classic pedal loop that’s frequently used by big-name musicians like Ed Sheeran, DubFX, DJ Quest, and many more. And the new Looperverse system from Retronyms combines that classic tool with computer-based multi-track recording and editing thanks to a companion app.
Rock on
The stomp pedal is pre-mapped and can be fully customized.
The wireless stomp pedal can connect to an iPhone or iPad using Bluetooth technology. And combined with the app, users can easily record, edit, and customize loops. Up to 16 tracks of content can be recorded and then immediately edited.
Tracks can be sent to the built-in delay and reverb effects, as well as adjusting pan, gain, mute, and solo in the mixer. There are also other advanced features like advanced waveform editing, pitch shifting, time stretching, and more.
Thanks to Inter App Audio and AudioBus in the app, users can record any virtual instrument. AudioCopy support allows musicians to easily publish to SoundCloud.
You can control Looperverse from external hardware and remap it to your liking with
MIDI and MIDI Learn support.
