New Time to Walk Episodes Arriving on Apple Fitness+ Starting Next Week

June 24, 2021

More episodes of Time to Walk for Apple Fitness+ will arrive starting next week on Monday, June 28.

Apple announced that the first new episode will be with actress Gina Rodriguez. She will be talking about learning resilience and how she built confidence.

Other episodes arriving later include talks with big names like Stephen Fry, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Randall Park, Joan Benoit Samuelson, and others.

In all of the episodes, the guest will share stories about their personal, life-shaping moments and feature a short playlist of songs that have motivated or inspired them. You can listen by connecting a pair of Bluetooth headphones to your Apple Watch.

On Monday, Apple will also introduce an Artist Spotlight Series. With those, the entire playlist during a workout will feature a single artist.

Some of the artists include Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Lady Gaga. Every Monday for four weeks, new workouts featuring the artists will appear in different workout types.

Finally, Apple Fitness+ will be adding seven workouts from fitness expert Jeanette Jenkins. They will focus on HIIT and Strength.

Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 monthly or $79.99 yearly. You’ll need an Apple Watch to use the service. Workouts can be viewed on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
