To start, there is a specific section where you can plan for Thanksgiving featuring a plethora of perfect recipes for the meal and much more.
Once you find something, select it and all of the ingredients will one placed into a shopping cart.
Then, as a great touch, the shopping cart will show you exactly how much you’ll spend at grocery stores nearby. Some of the options include Kroger, Walmart, Target, Costco, Tom Thumb, and many more.
After the trip to the store, just head back to the app and view the cooking directions.
And the app can help you plan meals any day of the year. Another great feature is the ability to input what ingredients you have in your pantry and then have Cooklist show great recipes using what you have on hand.
Cooklist is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
There is also an optional subscription available to Cooklist Pro. Subscribers can shop premium categories and meal plans and order groceries online for pickup or delivery.
All proceeds from the premium subscriptions in November go towards providing Thanksgiving dinner to families in need. The subscription is $5.49 per month this month to celebrate the launch and $10.99 per month after.
