“I started The Honest Company because I saw an opportunity in the market for a brand that spoke to conscious consumers and created safe and effective products for every need,” said Alba said in a statement. “As a mentor on ‘Planet of the Apps,’ I’m looking forward to meeting entrepreneurs looking to address a problem with an innovative solution, and to help them realize their vision. I can’t wait to see the ideas the app developers bring to the table.”

She’ll join other celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Will.i.am, Gary Vaynerchuk.

The series is set to debut sometime in 2017, and developers have the chance to apply until late next month. Any developer must have OS, macOS, tvOS, or watchOS app in a beta or functional state by October 21.

When it arrives, the show will reportedly be an exclusive to Apple platforms including the Apple Music streaming service.

If you’re interested, an application can be found on the show’s site.

While I’m all for helping developers create new and unique apps, I don’t know if the world really needs yet another reality show. But maybe Apple can make “Planet of the Apps” worth watching.
