Popular Podcast App Overcast Features New Design and More
The great third-party podcast player Overcast has just received a new update with a redesigned look and much more.
You’ll definitely notice the redesign immediately with a new home screen. Some of the nice additions include the ability to pin podcasts the top of the home screen list and an improved playlist layout.
A new Marked as Played feature is available as a checkmark button on rows of episodes or by swiping to the right. Users can now also view all starred episodes.
Playlists with Starred, Downloaded, and In Progress can also be created.
Other improvements include the ability to individually delete or re-downloaded episodes.
Overcast is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It’s a free download on the App Store now.
A $9.99 yearly subscription will hide the ads in the app.
