Powerful Email App Spark Receives Big Update With Priority Sender and Much More

With the new Priority Sender feature, you can choose the people most important to you. When they send you an email, it will appear on top of the inbox so it will be easily seen.

Using Gatekeeper, you pre-screen senders and decide who is allowed to email you. You can also block unwanted senders.

Group by Sender allows you to grow email from any sender together so they will just take up a single row to better optimize your inbox.

Two new tools, Mark as Done and Set Aside, allow you to better manage emails.

You can now also send files larger the 25MB through Spark Cloud. After attaching the file, the recipient will see a direct link to download it.

Spark is a free download on the App Store now. It’s for the iPhone and all iPad models.

A new Mac version is also available that adds exclusive features like a Home Screen that allows you to compose and engage with priority emails without needing to enter your inbox.

The free version offers a basic set of features like the a unified inbox for multiple e-mail accounts and a a smart inbox that will sort new emails into three categories—personal, newsletter, and notification.

You can also take advantage of smart notifications and smart seats capabilities.

With today’s update, there is a new Premium Individual subscription option for $4.99 per month and $59.99 yearly. There is a seven-day free trial.

Subscribers can use additional features like Priority Email, Gatekeeper/Block Sender, Group by Sender, and the ability to mute threads.

That joins the existing Premium Teams subscription for $6.99 monthly or $83.88 er year. Made for teams, it offers all the features of the Premium Individual tier and brings the ability to use a shared inbox and team administration features.
