Protect Your iPhone with a Gorgeous Case from Khristian A. Howell

The iPhone cases are made to fit any iPhone from the iPhone 5 up to the current models. There are three kinds of cases: Sleek and Chic, Added Armor, and Power Case. While Sleek and Chic cases are hard plastic shells, the Added Armor case includes a rubber bumper for extra protection. The Power Case adds battery power to your iPhone.
I had the opportunity to review one of her Added Armor iPhone cases, in the Une Femme pattern. The added armor is in the form of a black rubber bumper that lies between the hard plastic shell and the iPhone itself. It offers all around protection, shock absorption in case of drops, and a lip that goes over the screen to protect it when the iPhone is face down.
The Facts
What I Liked
This is a remarkable case. I love the look of it. With a lovely variety of patterns from which to choose, there is bound to be something for every taste.
The Added Armor case offers the extra protection that a klutz like me needs to avoid damaging my delicate iPhone. I have dropped it a couple of times in this case and not sustained any damage. With precision cutouts and button covers for the camera, speakers, mute switch, and all of the buttons and ports, the iPhone is fully functional in the case.
What I Didn't Like
There is a tiny gap between the plastic part of the case and the black rubber bumper near the bottom on the back side of the case. I don’t know what possible difference this could make as far as protection, but aesthetically it’s a small irritation.
Unless many types of protective cases, this one does not offer any texture for traction along the edges. The smooth plastic edges may make you more likely to drop your phone.
Bottom Line
Despite minor quibbles, this case was love at first sight for me. Since my iPhone goes everywhere with me, it’s an important part of my look. Khristian A. Howell’s iPhone cases offer both protection and style that can’t be beat.
