What Do You See? Google Nest Comes to Apple TV

In a blog post, the Google Nest team explains the newest features that will benefit Nest Cam customers.

With an “instaclip,” you can generate video clips that you can share with your family and friends. You can share these files by creating a link to the video or by saving the file directly to your camera roll.

On both Apple TV and Android TV, Nest Aware subscribers can now review camera feeds without leaving the living room. Use the app to toggle between your live feeds and scrub back through your video history.

Nest Aware is available at two subscription levels. For $10 per month (or $100 for the year), Nest Cam customers can access 10 days of video history. Each additional Nest Cam is $5 per month (or $50 a year).

For $30 per month ($300 each year), you can access 30 days of video history. At this level, you pay $15 per month for each additional camera (or $150 per year).

Nest Cams are available through the Nest website at retailers such as Amazon.com. Both the Indoor Cam and Outdoor Cam are priced at $199. Discounts are available when you buy more than one camera at the same time.
