Sleep++ Update Brings Automatic Apple Watch Sleep Tracking
Apple is obviously interested in sleep tracking as seen with the purchase of Beddit in 2017. But since native sleep tracking has still yet to appear on the Apple Watch, users are turning to third-party apps.
And one of the best, Sleep++, has just been updated to version 3.0 with a number of new improvements.
You can now also view a morning sleep survey.
The biggest addition in version 3.0 of the app is automatic sleep tracking. Previously, users needed to manually start the app and enable tracking every night.
Every morning, Users can now view a sleep summary notification that shows the duration of sleep and restlessness.
With the update, app users can also specify a nightly sleep duration goal.
Finally. an optional bedtime reminder will help you hopefully get more sleep.
Sleep++ is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. A $1.99 in-app purchases will remove all advertisements.
