With many gyms shuttered during the coronavirus pandemic, we’re looking for other ways to keep up an exercise regiment. And the new app Workout Wheel: HIIT Workouts provides a perfect way to workout from home.

The app is designed to make working out more fun without needing any weights.

If you’re not familiar with HIIT, it’s a form of training to quickly burn fat. The workouts mix intense exercise with less-intense recovery periods.

Using the app is easy. You’ll select a workout duration and then the workout to rest split. Then it’s time to spin the wheel of fortune to see a workout recommendation.

Some of the different exercises include leg raises, jumping jacks, and more.
