Coffee Addicts Can Now Add New Starbucks Complications to the Apple Watch
Any Apple Watch users who can’t get enough of Starbucks should definitely be happy to hear about the latest app update. Version 4.3.3 brings of number of great Starbucks complications to the wearable device.
Counting stars
There is a Starbucks complication available for a number of different watch faces.
Thankfully, there are three different complications that can used with pretty much any watchface.
First up, the large complication just for the modular watch face will show exactly how many stars you’ve earned and any available rewards for free coffee or a food item.
A small circular complication will show a pie chart, similar to the Activity rings, with how close you are to the next reward.
Finally, the larger line complication can be used on many faces including popular choices like Motion, Activity, or Utility. It also show your star count and any rewards.
When you tap on any complication, the Starbucks app will open and show the information along with exactly how to earn stars. If you don’t know, you’ll receive two stars for every $1 spent at Starbucks.
Along with accepting Apple Pay at many locations, you can also use the watch app to pay with a preloaded gift card balance.
The Starbucks app is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
