Supersonic Helps You Get on Track With Your Fitness Goals

Being active and improving your fitness is definitely a solitary journey—especially if you run or walk outside.

But the new app Supersonic wants to help you get moving and keep up the helpful habit.

The app can track both your runs and steps so you can see everything in one place. You can also view all of your progress in real time to help meet goals. The tracker also shows your personal bests and how the current month stacks up wth your stats from the previous timeframe.

To begin, you can set your run level. If you’re just starting out, there is a program to help you run 30 minutes in 9 weeks. You’ll start slowly with a combination of running and walking to build up your fitness level.

If the weather is bad outside, there’s no need to worry as you can also complete training indoors on a treadmill with the iPhone in your pocket. Each level will also offer voice guided workout

There is also a program for seasoned runners.

Another great part of the app is that you’ll be able to share your progress with others using the app from around the world. You can share your progress, complete with friends, and get inspired from others looking to improve their fitness.

Supersonic is a free download for the iPhone now.

There is also an optional Supersonic Pro subscription. That’s $4.99 monthly or $49.99 yearly. The longer options has a free, three-day trial.

Subscribers can unlock a number of additional features including the companion Apple Watch app. With the standalone Apple Watch app, you can leave your iPhone at home at still track all of your progress.

Other features for subscribers include Live Activity support on your lock screen home screen widgets to track your progress, and the ability to see trends regarding different metrics like distance and heart rate.
