If you’re someone who’s not quite ready to embrace the future of wireless, the new Fuze iPhone 7 case on Indiegogo might be for you.

Apple emphatically announced that it was moving away from the nearly 100-year-old 3.5mm headphone jack this month, but this company believes that Apple made the wrong bet.

The inventors of the Fuze Case aim to ship their product in December if they reach their funding goal of $60,000.How much is this case you say? Just $49 plus shipping.

How much will the case set you back? Just $49 plus shipping.

What people put into their own ear holes is a very personal choice, and it's a choice we should all get the chance to make, not one that should be made for us.

According to the campaign, the Fuze case takes the adapter dongle that Apple includes in the iPhone box and builds it directly into the case itself. The case also comes with a built-in battery pack providing iPhone 7 users an extra 2,400 mAh of battery, while iPhone 7 Plus users will get an extra 3,600 mAh of battery.

The case itself looks pretty slick and comes in a variety of colors. We’ve seen something like this before, perhaps suggesting that this could become a product category on its own if people are not ready to go wireless.
