The Weather Channel Receives Major Update With a New Home Screen and More
One of the best free weather apps available, The Weather Channel, has just made a big step forward with an update to version 10.0.
Easily the most notable new feature is a redesigned home page sporting a new look with weather graphs and more information about what’s happening outside. A new navigation bar will also give users quicker access to all the weather details.
Another great addition is real-time weather alerts for your location for rain or other precipitation.
Finally, a new trending conditions page will allow you to follow specific conditions, like temperature or humidity, and see how they are predicted to change over the next few hours and days.
The Weather Channel is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. You can also view the weather conditions with the Apple Watch version of the app.
