Tweetbot 7.0 Arrives With the Return of the Stats Tab and More
For the second time in a little more than two weeks, the popular third-party Twitter client Tweetbot has been updated with new features.
Version 7.0 brings back the Stats tab formerly removed because of changes to Twitter’s API.
In the Stats tab, you can view a wide variety of information about your tweets including likes, replies, retweets, and more.
You can also select from two new dark themes with yellow accents: hej and bumblebee.
In late January, the app also added three new widgets, the ability to select a Delete and Edit option when deleting a tweet, and more.
Tweetbot is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. A subscription is needed to use most of the functionality of the app. That’s $0.99 per month or $5.99 yearly.
There is a free, seven-day trial for the subscription.
If you’re using a previous version of the app, you’ll need to download the new version as it’s not an update.
