Tweetbot 6 Arrives With New Features, Subscription Model
One of the best third-party Twitter clients, Tweetbot, is sporting new features in the latest version that has landed on the App Store.
Most importantly, Tweetbot 6 now supports the latest version of Twitter’s API. That means you can take advantage of cards and polls while viewing more tweet data.
Other additions include new app icons, more themes, and the addition of Chrome in Firefox in the browser options to view links.
Tweetbot 6 is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. A subscription is needed to use most of the functionality of the app. That’s $0.99 per month or $5.99 yearly.
There is a free, seven-day trial for the subscription.
If you’re using a previous version of the app, you’ll need to download the new version as it’s not an update.
