Use Chronicling to Track Anything Important to You
There’s probably something you want to track on a daily basis—anything from walking to dog to watering the plants and much more.
And Chronicling is a well-designed and easy-to-use app that allows you to track pretty much anything you can imagine.
Getting started with the app is simple. You can add a category to track and then specify an name, icon, and highlighted color.
When you want to add an event, you can do so on your iPhone, iPad, or the new Apple Watch app. For each even, you can also add a note to view later. The Apple Watch app features both circular and rectangular complication for quick access on any watch face.
After adding enough events, you can also use the app to identify patterns and trends with different charts.
You can also add events directly from your iPhone or iPad lock or home screen with new interactive widgets for iOS and iPadOS 17. There is also a pair a new widgets types to use in multiple sizes—multiple categories and the events summary chart. The app also supports the new iOS 17 StandBy feature to see a widget while charging in a horizontal position.
Another way to add events is with using Shortcuts.
