The new app Fitness Totals helps you better understand long-term progress toward fitness goals.
You can compare progress to last week, last month, last year, and all-time.
There are more than a dozen activities to compare totals including steps, running, cycling, flights climbed, and more.
Thanks to iOS 14 homescreen widgets, you can see your progress at a glance. Just touch the widget to open up the app.
Users can select from 14 alternate app icons. You can even share your fitness totals with friends and family.
Fitness Totals is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $2.99.
