Apple's watchOS 4.2.3 and tvOS 11.2.6 Arrive with Minor Fixes

Right along with iOS 11.2.6, Apple has releases watchOS 4.2.3 and tvOS 11.2.6 to the public.
You can download watchOS 4.2.3 through the companion Watch iPhone app. In the My Watch tab, select General > Software Update. Your Apple Watch will need to be charged to more than 50 percent, placed on a charger, and connected to an iPhone.
The software offers minor fixes, including the issue that causes crashes when receiving a certain character in Telugu.
Anyone with a fourth-generation Apple TV or Apple TV 4K can download the tvOS 11.2.6 software update by going to System > Software Update. You can also turn on automatic software updates.
