You’ll soon be able to control your Whirlpool appliances with your Apple Watch. The announcement came at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to CNBC.

In a move that’s a first for the appliance maker, Whirlpool said you will soon be able to change temperature settings on ovens, delay cycles on washers, and check how long your dryer has yet to run, among other things.

The Apple Watch compatibility will arrive for more than 20 of Whirlpool’s connected appliances before the end of the year. The company also said families will be able to control its 2018 range of appliances with voice commands to both Amazon’s Alexa and Google’s home assistant.

With $21 billion in annual sales, Whirlpool Corporation claims to be the leading appliance manufacturer in the world. The company owns Maytag, Jenn-Air, and Kitchenaid.
