This year, WWDC 2017 has 5,300 developers in attendance this morning, from 75 different countries. Overall, Apple has over 16 million registered developers, with just 3 million new developers added last year alone.

The youngest developer today is a 10-year-old from Australia, who started coding when he was just six-years-old. He already has five apps on the App Store.

Additionally, there is an 83-year-old developer in attendance this morning. She published her very first app this year.

This year has the most student developers attending the conference.

“Keep making apps,” as they say.
