What is it about?
Beglitched is a game about insecurity, in our computers and ourselves. In a pastel world of networks where nobody truly knows what they’re doing, hacking is a magical art and the notorious Glitch Witch is the most premium archmagi of the net. By random circumstance, YOU are her new apprentice. You must use your wits and cunning to unravel the mechanisms of an alien computer and survive amongst a veritable web of clowns, leftclickers, and filedraggers.
Unique mashup. Beglitched battles are a combination of Minesweeper and Bejeweled gameplay to snuff out the enemy hacker and dispatch them. Swap pieces by dragging them to adjacent spaces and then activate bombs, computers, and compasses with a tap.
Plan ahead. Try to get rid of your enemy before they take away all of your hearts. If you are out of hearts, then you’ll have to start the program over. Match batteries to make sure you aren’t out of juice mid-battle!
Navigate alien computer systems. Beglitched features an alien laptop that your character stole from an infamous hacker named Glitch Witch. Now it’s up to you to navigate through the inner workings of this alien technology and fend off other hackers who think you’re the Glitch Witch! This puzzle game requires a lot of thinking before you’ll be able to beat it.
